ProHomes is Making Landlording Easier

ProHomes is the brainchild of two PhDs in electrical engineering with the passion of transforming industries. After managing properties themselves, their mission was to do one thing: make landlording easier.

Branding

Goal.
Create a brand and digital presence for ProHomes from fonts, colors, logo, icons and most importantly messaging.


Mobile

Goal.
Digital Meaning was hired to build a website for ProHomes that would persuade landlords to try the automated “stay on top of your tasks” platform for landlords.

Tactic.
Create an engaging web experience with a persistent “try it free” call to action across the site. The site is unique for mobile and tablet so that landlords can connect, especially while on the go.

Get Started Email Series

Goal.
Once visitors sign up for the free trial, the goal is to convert trial users to paying customers.

Tactic.
Our tactic was to send a series of emails, each focusing on one task at a time.


Visual Display Ads

Goal.
Create a broad awareness of the service among landlords, and drive them to the site.

Tactic.
Segment display advertising with contextual targeting, such as real estate investing, set up to reach those who are affluent and most likely to own property.
